We know your tools are only as good as your support, which is why we have made it easy for you to get the service you need for your warranty replacements.
Please note this service only applies to Matco tools purchased from AIRSUPPLY. Tools purchased from franchisee’s can be warranted directly by the franchisee, we do not sell to the automotive industry.
Please follow these easy steps to get your warranty tool taken care of:
- List your broken tools by pn and description using the form on the right. Please note we cannot warranty worn, abused, or consumable tools such as drill bits; all hardline tools such as ratchets, wrenches, sockets, and screwdrivers are covered for life.
- Please box your broken tools, package them so as to prevent further damage, also take care to cover any sharp points that could be dangerous to anyone opening the box.
- Provide your location and contact information. FedEx will be coming to pick up this box if there is not a local representative available.
- Please print this screen and keep the tracking information off of the call tag that is emailed to you. If it is picked up by your local representative, keep the packing list to track your warranty tools.
