All Claims for shortage or defect must be made within 72 hours of receipt or are waived.
Any merchandise returned to Airsupply Tools, Inc. must have our consent and is subject to a restocking fee.
Our liability is limited to replacing the short or defective material or refunding the purchase price, if paid.
Special and custom orders are not returnable and non-cancellable.
Purchase orders may be cancelled and replaced with items of similar value subject to the approval of Airsupply Tools Inc.
If payment is made on a terms account, you agree to pay within 30 days or are subject to a 1.5% finance charge monthly (18% APR) until the balance is paid in full.
Commercial customers may elect to pay with a credit card, amounts over 3000 dollars are subject to a 3% processing fee.
